Tangible Benefits

  • Relocation Policy
    New Hires & Immediate Family members (Employees+Spouse+2 kids)
  • Accommodation for 14 days in a company approved guest house. Air travel fare, Transportation of household goods, including insurance/loading/unloading expenses will be reimbursed, on production of original bills.
  • Insurance:
    Medical Insurance is extended to all employees, spouse / partner, 2 dependent children & 2 dependent parents.
  • Group Personal Accident Insurance (GPA): A sum of 10 lakhs for all employees.
  • Group Medical Cover (GMC):
    A sum of 5 lakhs insured as floater coverage. This policy covers employees, spouse / legal partner, 2 children and dependent parents.
    Note: Flexibility to take top up coverage at the time of renewal or at the time of joining.
  • Group Term Life Insurance (GTLI):
    All employees are covered with 3.5 times of gross salary with minimum of 25 lakhs and maximum of 2.5 crores. Dependents are not covered in this policy.

Non-Tangible Benefits

  • All Permanent Employees are entitled for 40 working days leaves per year as below:
    Privilege Leave (PL): 18 working days
    Casual Leave (CL): 6 working days
    Sick Leave (SL): 6 working days
    Flexible Holiday (FL): 8 public holidays & 2 floater holidays
  • Flexi hours of work: Flexible working hours based on manager’s consent
  • Flexible work environment policy: All SG employees can avail 3 days/week work from home.
  • Workcation: This flexible option allows all employees to work up to 1 month in a calendar year from a preferred destination of their choice within India. The benefit can also be availed in split basis with minimum period of 1 week each time the benefit is utilized and up to a maximum of 1 month.
    For instance: the employee could choose the last 2 weeks in March and first 2 weeks in April to get the full 1-month option
